Minutes of last meeting – agreed minutes by board, and seconded by Stuart Evans all in favour

Financial year operates 1^st April 2025 to 31st March 2026

Group Lead Volunteer Report:                   As per report

Treasurer Report               As per report  - note £4K overspend this year for decorating and  new boiler, but came from last years allocated funds.

Members of Trustee board – Group Lead Volunteer -Stuart Evans

Trustees: Sharon Cooper – co-opted member

Dave Butler Hollington, Steve and Lesley Leonard, Vicki Macmanomy.  Looking to recruit 2 members (Beavers and Squirrels) – one declaration of interest to date.  Simon Jones proposed – Sharon Cooper seconded.

Nominate Auditor - Keith Lister – show of hands – no objections

District representative – Is Dave Buter Hollington- happy to continue this year

Darrell Parton – District Representative – thanked all the volunteers, spoke about squirrels being part of the group.  Well done cubs for  winning the Malcolm Hughes trophy, and he also said well done on giving the kids a great experience every week.

Presentation of Awards:  Felix Price – Cub of the Year
